Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns form!

SHIPPING

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time.

Due to issues with carriers, you may see some delays in tracking updates on your order.

ORDERS

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it!

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

Canceling your order or specific items
Changing your billing or shipping address
Changing payment method
Changing shipping method
Changing color/size of items(s)
Addition or removal of item(s)
Changing or adding a discount code
Addition or removal of a gift card For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.

My order is being delivered to the wrong address, what do I do?

Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your Sheseelady account. You can navigate there by clicking or hovering over your account and then clicking MY INFO. Once you are on that page, scroll down to ADDRESSES and make sure to make corrections to existing addresses and/or delete old addresses. SSLD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. FN can not change your address once your order has been processed.

PAYMENTS

You can purchase a gift card in convenient denominations that will be the perfect gift!

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Gift Card and Bank Transfer.
Discount codes are sales specific codes that can apply to your order when you are checking out. If there is a site-wide sale, applying discount codes may not be allowed unless otherwise indicated.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Regrettably, Sheseelady does not have details as to why this happened and suggest you reach out directly to your financial institution for any details regarding your declined payment.

If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don't recognize a charge from Sheseelady we will need you contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved!.
